An AI virtual assistant for freelancers who are also the whole back office
You’re the whole back office — so it triages the inbox, books discovery calls, and chases the invoice you’ve been too polite to mention.
It triages your inbox, books discovery calls, and reminds clients about the invoice you've been too polite to chase.
The admin you do at 11pm instead of sleeping
The work that pays is the work you bill for. The work that doesn't is the inbox you clear at midnight, the discovery call you reschedule three times, the invoice from six weeks ago you keep meaning to follow up on. As a freelancer you're the designer and the accounts department and the scheduler, and the second one is always losing.
Fasrad gives you an assistant that lives in your actual tools. It reads your Gmail, sorts a 'can you do a quick logo tweak' from a 'we'd like to discuss a retainer', drafts replies in your voice, and offers real times from your Google Calendar without the four-email back-and-forth. When a client goes quiet on a proposal, it nudges them. When an invoice ages past your terms, it tells you and drafts the chase.
What it takes off your plate:
- Triages new email: separates leads, active-project threads, and noise, and flags what actually needs you today
- Books calls against your real calendar availability and sends the invite, no double-booking
- Chases unpaid invoices and stalled proposals on a schedule you set, in language you'd actually use
- Tracks every client and conversation in a CRM so you stop hunting through email for 'what did we agree'
- Briefs you before a call by pulling the relevant history from past emails and notes
It runs on the web, as a private Telegram bot, and over email, so you can forward it a message and get a drafted reply back. You stay in control: it drafts, you send, until you trust it enough to let it run on its own.

Frequently asked questions
Will it send emails as me without asking?
Only if you tell it to. By default it drafts and waits for your approval. Once you trust a specific routine, like routine booking confirmations, you can let that one run on its own and keep the rest on draft.
I use Stripe / FreshBooks for invoicing. Does it replace that?
No, it doesn't issue invoices or take payments. It handles the chasing: it tracks which invoices have aged past your terms (you tell it, or it reads the confirmation emails) and drafts the follow-up so you stop letting late payers slide.
Does it work with Gmail or only its own inbox?
Both. It has its own dedicated inbox, and it connects to your Gmail to read and draft on the threads you point it at. You can also just forward it an email and get a drafted reply back.
Can clients talk to it directly on my site?
Yes. There's a public embed chatbot you drop on your site with a script tag. It answers questions, captures leads into your CRM, and is rate-limited with sensitive info auto-redacted. Or keep it private as a Telegram bot just for you.
How long until it's actually useful?
Setup is about four minutes to connect Gmail and Calendar. After that you tell it your rules in a sentence or two. It's useful the same day for triage and booking; the follow-up routines get sharper as it learns your clients.
How much does it cost?
$49/month or $490/year — cancel anytime. It's in public beta. One assistant covering your inbox, calendar, follow-ups, and client tracking, no per-seat math because it's just you.
