Cold outreach to plants and OEMs, personalized one row at a time
Plants and OEMs, worked one row at a time: a different email per buyer, paced past spam filters, the replies sorted for you.
Drop a CSV of buyers into a sheet and the agent writes a different email for each one, paces the sends so you don't get spam-filtered, and sorts the replies before you open your inbox.
Selling a CNC line or a coating service is a 40-email week, not a blast
Buyers for tooling, contract machining, or industrial components don't reply to anything that smells like a template. A plant manager at a Tier 1 supplier gets a dozen identical "I'd love to connect" emails a day and deletes all of them. The ones that land mention the actual part family, the press they run, or the lead-time problem they posted about on LinkedIn last month.
Doing that by hand means an SDR opening each company's site, reading the about page, guessing at the right contact, writing a fresh paragraph, then remembering to follow up nine days later. Twenty rows of that is a full day. Three hundred rows never happens.
The agent works straight off your sheet:
- Reads each row — company, contact, what they make, any note you pasted in — and writes that one email to that one buyer
- Browses the prospect's site when a row is thin, so a generic 'precision components' becomes 'your 5-axis aluminum housings for EV inverters'
- Sends on a stagger, not a blast — a few dozen a day with gaps, so your domain reputation survives
- Watches the inbox and tags every reply: interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe
- Logs the whole thread to the CRM contact so the next touch knows what was already said
You approve the batch before a single email leaves. After that it runs the week without you babysitting it, and you wake up to a sorted inbox instead of a guessing game.

Frequently asked questions
Will every email actually be different, or just a mail-merge with a name swapped?
Different. It writes the body per row from what that company makes and any context in the sheet, and pulls more from their site if the row is thin. You can read the whole batch before anything sends and reject the weak ones.
How many can it send a day without hurting my domain?
It paces sends with random gaps and a daily cap — figure roughly up to a hundred a day, spread out, rather than a single blast. You can set it lower for a brand-new sending domain while it warms up.
What does it do with replies?
Reads each one and tags it: interested, not now, wrong person, or unsubscribe. The interesting ones get logged to the CRM contact and can have a follow-up scheduled. Opt-outs are dropped from future sends.
Do I have to clean my lead sheet first?
No. It reads whatever columns you have, even inconsistent ones. If a row is missing the contact or the company is vague, it'll browse to fill in what it can or flag the row instead of sending a bad email.
Can I keep my own from-address and signature?
Yes. The agent has its own inbox, but it sends in your voice with the signature, footer, and reply-handling rules you set up. Threads stay in one place so follow-ups read like a real conversation.
How much does it cost?
$49/month or $490/year — cancel anytime. Setup takes about four minutes — connect your sheet and your email, and it's drafting the first batch. Fasrad is in public beta.
