A recruiting outreach agent that personalizes every candidate email and chases the replies
Every candidate gets a different opener, written and sent in small batches over the day — and the replies come back sorted.
Drop your sourced list in a Google Sheet and it writes a different opener for each person, sends in small batches over the day, and sorts the responses for you.
Sourcing 120 candidates is the easy part. Reaching them without sounding like a blast is the job.
You pull a list off LinkedIn Recruiter or a Boolean scrape, drop the names and emails into a sheet, and then face the actual bottleneck: writing 80 messages that don't read like a template. The recruiters who get 30% reply rates are the ones who reference the candidate's current company, their stack, the open-source repo they maintain. The recruiters who get 4% are the ones who paste the same 'exciting opportunity at a fast-growing startup' into every box.
The agent reads your sheet row by row. For each candidate it can pull a quick web read on their current role or recent post, then draft an opener that actually names something specific — the migration they led, the conference talk, the fact that they've been at one place five years and might be itchy. You approve a sample, it sends the rest in staggered batches across the day so your domain doesn't trip Google's spam heuristics.
What it handles end to end:
- Reads candidate rows from a Google Sheet (name, current company, role, email, any notes you added)
- Writes a per-row personalized opener, not a mail-merge with a {first name} token
- Sends in small staggered batches, up to around 100 a day, spread out instead of all at once
- Triages every reply into interested, not now, not interested, or referral — and tells you who's hot
- Logs each candidate and the thread into your CRM so a second recruiter doesn't double-touch them
It does not auto-spam and it does not pretend to be a human placing calls. It drafts, you can require approval on the first batch, and then it runs the long boring middle of the campaign — the follow-ups, the reply sorting, the 'who went quiet' list — while you spend your time on the candidates who actually wrote back.

Frequently asked questions
Does it just mail-merge a template with the name swapped?
No. It reads each row and, where useful, does a quick web read on the candidate's current role or a recent post, then writes an opener around something real — the team they're on, a talk they gave, how long they've been somewhere. You see the first few before any send.
Will sending 80 cold emails get my domain flagged?
That's why it staggers. Instead of dumping the whole list at once, it sends small batches spread across the day, up to roughly 100 daily. It's slower on purpose, because that's what keeps you out of spam and lets you actually read the early replies.
Can I approve emails before they go out?
Yes. The normal flow is: it drafts a sample batch, you read and adjust the voice, then it sends. You can keep approval on for the whole campaign or let it run once you trust the output.
What happens when candidates reply?
It triages them. Interested candidates get flagged and can be moved straight to booking a call; 'not now' people get a follow-up scheduled; referrals become new leads. You get a short daily readout of who moved instead of scrolling a thread pile.
Does it work with LinkedIn Recruiter?
It works off the export. LinkedIn doesn't allow third-party automated messaging, so the agent runs the email side — you source and export in Recruiter, drop the list in a sheet, and it handles the outreach and reply sorting from there.
How much does it cost?
$49/month or $490/year — cancel anytime. It's a hosted agent, so there's nothing to install — setup takes about four minutes and it's in public beta right now.
